Meet the Team
Dr. Lauren Volentine, PT, DPT, NCS
Dr. Volentine earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Campbell University, where her education emphasized evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and treating the whole person—not just a diagnosis. She went on to complete a Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency at Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation, a nationally recognized program that refined her expertise in treating complex neurologic and vestibular conditions.
As a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS), Dr. Volentine is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the physical, emotional, and functional challenges associated with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, vestibular disorders, and balance or gait impairments. She believes that meaningful progress happens when care is personalized, unrushed, and rooted in a strong therapeutic partnership. Her approach focuses not only on improving movement, but on restoring confidence, independence, and purpose.
In addition to neurologic care, Dr. Volentine works closely with orthopedic and active lifestyle clients including, hikers, paddle-boarders, and pickleball players—helping them move with strength, resilience, and longevity. She understands that optimal movement is essential not only for recreation, but for maintaining long-term health and quality of life.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Volentine is passionate about advancing the profession of physical therapy. She serves as a clinical instructor where she mentors future clinicians in neurologic rehabilitation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care.
